fa بررسی خصوصیات بالینی نوجوانان مبتلا به میگرن شهر ایلام Investigating the clinical characteristics of adolescent with migraine in Ilam city عمومى General پژوهشی كاربردي Applied research <div style="text-align: justify;">چکیده سابقه و هدف: سردرد یکی از درد های شایع در کودکان و نوجوانان بوده و شیوع آن با افزایش سن افزایش می یابد. این مطالعه با هدف تعیین خصوصیات بالینی نوجوانان مبتلا به میگرن شهر ایلام انجام شد. مواد و روش ها: در این مطالعه توصیفی، تعداد  90 نفر از نوجوانان مبتلا به میگرن شهر ایلام وارد مطالعه گردید. روش نمونه گیری بدین صورت بود که بیماران مراجعه کننده به مطب ها و درمانگاه های شهر ایلام، وارد نمونه شدند. پس از اخذ رضایت آگاهانه از بیماران، چک لیست محقق ساخته که دارای سوالاتی در زمینه اطلاعات دموگرافیکی و همچنین میگرن بود، تکمیل گردید. داده های حاصل از این مطالعه، به نرم افزار SPSS 16 وارد و تجزیه و تحلیل آنها انجام گردید.  یافته ها: مطابق با یافته ها، بیشتر بیماران در رنج سنی 15 تا 16 سال با میزان 29(30.5%)، دارای جنسیت دختر با میزان 60(63.2%) بودند. همچنین عوامل تشدید کننده شامل بوی سیگار با میزان 27(28.4%)  و عوامل تسکین دهنده شامل مصرف مسکن با میزان 58(61.1%) بود. از نظر شدت سردرد، میزان 43(45.3%)  دارای شدت درد کم، میزان 39(41.1%)  دارای درد متوسط و میزان 13(13.7%) دارای درد شدید بودند. نتیجه گیری: با توجه به اینکه بیش از نیمی از بیماران دارای درد متوسط و شدید بوده اند، به همین دلیل بایستی اقدمات لازم در جهت پیشگیری و درمان درد این بیماران انجام گردد.  </div> <div style="text-align: justify;">A B S T R A C T Background and Objective: Headache is one of the common pains in children and adolescents and its prevalence increases with age. This study was conducted with the aim of determining the clinical characteristics of adolescents with migraine in Ilam. Materials and methods: In this descriptive study, 90 teenagers with migraine in Ilam city were included in the study. The sampling method was such that the patients referred to the clinics and clinics of Ilam city were included in the sample. After obtaining informed consent from the patients, the researcher's checklist was completed, which included questions about demographic information and migraine. The data obtained from this study were entered into SPSS 16 software and analyzed. Results: According to the findings, most of the patients in the age range of 15 to 16 years with a rate of 29 (30.5%) were girls with a rate of 60 (63.2%). Also, aggravating factors included the smell of cigarettes with a rate of 27 (28.4%) and relieving factors included the use of painkillers with a rate of 58 (61.1%). In terms of headache severity, 43(45.3%) had low pain intensity, 39(41.1%) had moderate pain and 13(13.7%) had severe pain.
