fa بررسی تأثیر آموزش رفتاری خانواده بر سوءرفتار مالی با سالمندان روستایی Investigating the Effect of Family Behavioral Training on Financial Mistreat with the Rural Elderly تخصصي Special پژوهشی كاربردي Applied research <div style="text-align: justify;">سابقه و هدف: افزایش جمعیت سالمندان جهان ممکن است خطر سوءرفتار با سالمند را افزایش دهد. این مطالعه با هدف تعیین تأثیر آموزش رفتاری خانواده بر سوءرفتار مالی با سالمندان روستایی انجام شد. مواد و روش‌ها: این مقاله بخشی از مطالعه مداخله‌ای بزرگتر است. دو گروه 46 نفره از سالمندان ساکن دو روستای شهرستان ایوان با نمونه‌گیری خوشه ای مرحله ای طبق معیارهای ورود انتخاب شدند. پیش آزمون از دو گروه با پرسشنامه سوءرفتار خانواده نسبت به سالمند (هروی کریموی و همکاران، 1389) گرفته شد. بسته آموزشی رفتار مناسب با سالمند طی 8 هفته به عضو خانواده گروه آزمون ارائه شد. یک ماه پس از آخرین جلسه، پس آزمون از دو گروه گرفته شد. داده ها با آمار توصیفی و آزمون های مک نمار، کای- 2، تی زوجی و مستقل در نرم افزار SPSS-22 تحلیل شدند. سطح معنی داری 05/0 در نظر گرفته شد. یافته‌ها: نمرات سوءرفتار مالی گروه آزمون نسبت به قبل از مداخله کاهش یافت، اما اختلاف معنی دار نبود. بین دو گروه از نظر سوءرفتار مالی تفاوت آماری معنی‌دار نشد. نمره غفلت مالی گروه آزمون از 3±7/18 به 7±6/7 کاهش معنی دار یافت (012/0=P). اختلاف نمره غفلت مالی  بعد از مداخله بین گروه آزمون (7±6/7) و گروه کنترل (4±17) کاهش معنی دار یافت (014/0=P). نتیجه‌گیری: ارائه بسته آموزشی رفتار مناسب با سالمند در کاهش معنی دار غفلت مالی خانواده از سالمندان روستایی مؤثر بود و نمرات سوءرفتار خانواده با سالمندان روستایی را کاهش داد. توصیه می شود از بسته آموزشی طراحی شده در اجرای برنامه های آموزشی، پیشگیری و شناسایی با همکاری تیم چندرشته ای استفاده شود.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Background and Objective: The increase in the world's elderly population may increase the risk of elder abuse. This study was conducted with the aim of determining the effect of family behavioral training on financial mistreat with rural elderly. Materials and Methods: This article is part of a larger interventional study. Two groups of 46 elderly people living in two villages of Ivan city were selected by stratified cluster sampling according to the entry criteria. The pre-test was taken from two groups with the questionnaire of family mistreat towards the elderly (Heravi Karimovi et al., 2018). The educational package of appropriate behavior with the elderly was presented to the family member of the test group during 8 weeks. One month after the last session, the post-test was taken from both groups. Data were analyzed with descriptive statistics and McNamar, Chi-2, paired and independent t tests in SPSS-22 software. A significance level of 0.05 was considered. Results: The financial mistreat scores of the test group decreased compared to before the intervention, but the difference was not significant. There was no statistically significant difference between the groups in terms of financial mistreat. The financial neglect score of the test group decreased significantly from 18.7±3 to 7.6±7 (P=0.012). The difference in the score of financial neglect after the intervention between the test group (7.6±7) and control group (17±4) decreased significantly (P=0.014). Conclusion: The presentation of the educational package of appropriate behavior with the elderly was effective in significantly reducing the family's financial neglect of the rural elderly and reduced the scores of the families mistreat with the rural elderly.
