other مهارتهای ارتباطی و عوامل مرتبط با آن در دانشجویان پیراپزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ایلام Communication Skills and Related Factors in Paramedical Students of Ilam University of Medical Sciences عمومى General پژوهشي پایه Basic Research <div style="text-align: justify;">چکیده سابقه و هدف: یکی از مهم‌ترین مهارت‌هایی که مراقبین در اتاق‌عمل برای ایفای مناسب نقش خود باید داشته باشند، مهارت برقراری ارتباط با بیمار است. شناخت عوامل مرتبط با این مهارت می‌تواند بر کیفیت مراقبت تأثیر بگذارد. بنابراین، این پژوهش انجام شد تا مهارت‌های ارتباطی دانشجویان تکنولوژی اتاق‌عمل و هوشبری در دانشگاه علوم‌پزشکی ایلام سنجیده شود. مواد و روش‌‌ها: این مطالعه مقطعی در سال 1399 روی 163 دانشجوی تکنولوژی اتاق‌عمل و هوشبری دانشگاه علوم‌پزشکی ایلام انجام شد که به صورت سرشماری وارد مطالعه شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها شامل پرسش‌نامه اطلاعات دموگرافیک و پرسش‌نامه مهارت‌های ارتباطی کوئین دام (CSTR) بود. تحلیل داده‌ها با آزمون‌های آمار توصیفی و استنباطی تی‌مستقل و آنوا و همبستگی پیرسون در نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخه 23 انجام شد. یافته‌ها: میانگین نمره مهارت‌های ارتباطی 83/11± 73/108 بود. بین معدل با بُعد توانایی دریافت و ارسال پیام، ارتباط مثبت و معناداری وجود داشت (009/0 P=)؛ به طوری که دانشجویان با معدل بالاتر از توانایی دریافت و ارسال پیام بهتری داشتند. نتیجه‌گیری: میانگین نمره مهارت ارتباطی دانشجویان در سطح متوسط و محدوده خوبی است.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Background and Objective: The skill of communicating with patient is one of the most important factors that caregivers in the operating room must have to play their role properly, and knowing the factors related to it can affect the quality of care. Therefore, the present study aimed to determine the communication skills of surgical technology and anesthesiology students at Ilam University of Medical Sciences, Ilam, Iran. Materials and Methods: This cross-sectional study was conducted on 163 surgical technology and anesthesiology students from Ilam University of Medical Sciences who were recruited by census in 2020. The data collection tools were demographic information questionnaire and CSTR. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive and inferential statistical tests of independent t-test, ANOVA and Pearson’s correlation by SPSS software (version 23). Results: The mean score of communication skills was 108.73±11.83. A positive and significant relationship was observed between GPA and ability to receive and send messages (P=.009); therefore, that students with higher GPA had better ability to receive and send messages.
