fa بررسی اپیدمیولوژیک مسمومیت با قرص برنج در شهر ایلام در سال1396-1398 عمومى General گزارش مورد case report <span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" times=""><span b="" lang="FA" nazanin="">چکیده<br> سابقه و هدف: مسمومیت با قرص برنج یکی از جدیترین مسمومیتها با مرگ و میر زیاد است. ازآنجاکه الگوی اپیدمیولوژیک مسمومیت باقرص برنج مشخص نیست، این مطالعه با هدف بررسی اپیدمیولوژیک بیماران مراجعه کننده به بیمارستان شهید مصطفی خمینی با مسمومیت با قرص برنج انجام شد.<br> مواد و روشها: مطالعه حاضر به صورت مقطعی روی بیماران با مسمومیت با قرص برنج مراجعه کننده به بیمارستان مصطفی خمینی شهر ایلام از ابتدای سال 1396 تا پایان سال 1398 انجام شد که در این مرکز درمانی بستری شده بودند. با توجه به هدف پژوهش، از آزمونهای آماری تی، منویتنی و کای اسکوئر در نرم افزارهای SPSS نسخه 24 و Graph pad prism نسخه 8 استفاده شد.&nbsp;<br> یافته ها: نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد 60 درصد از مراجعه کنندگان زن و 40 درصد آنها مرد بودند. بیشتر افراد در گروه سنی 21 تا 30 سال قرار داشتند و خانه دار و با تحصیلات پایین بودند. 64 درصد از افراد در اثر مصرف قرص فستوکسین فوت کردند.<br> نتیجه گیری: مسمومیت با قرص برنج عامل شایع مسمومیت در ایران است که مرگ و میر زیادی دارد. این مسئله، مشکل جدی سلامت در جوامعی است که قرص فستوکسین در آنها استفاده میشود. بعد از تماس با این قرص باید سریعاً به بیمارستان مراجعه کرد.</span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp;</span></span> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span bnaza="" style="font-family:">Background and Objective: Rice pill poisoning is one of the most serious high mortality poisoning. Since the epidemiological pattern of rice pill poisoning is not known, this study was performed to investigate the epidemiology of patients with rice pill poisoning who referred to Shahid Mostafa Khomeini Hospital,Ilam, Iran.<br> Materials and Methods: The present study was performed cross-sectionally on patients poisoned with rice pills. These people were referred to and hospitalized at Mostafa Khomeini Hospital in Ilam, Iran, from the beginning of 2017 to the end of 2019. Statistical tests of t-test, Mann-Whitney, and Chi-Square were used in SPSS software (version 24) and GraphPad Prism (version 8).<br> Results: The results of this study showed that 60 patients were female and 40% were male. Most people were in the age group 21-30 years and housewives with low education. Around 64% of patients died from taking phostoxin pills.<br> Conclusion: Rice pill poisoning is a common cause of poisoning in Iran, with a<br> high mortality rate. This is a serious health problem in communities where<br> phostoxin pills are used.
