fa بررسی وضعیت اخلاق حرفه ای اساتید دانشگاه علوم پزشکی از دیدگاه دانشجویان: یک مطالعه مرور سیستماتیک Investigation of the Status of Professional Ethics of Professors of the University of Medical Sciences from Students’ Perspective: A Systematic Review عمومى General پژوهشي پایه Basic Research <div style="text-align: justify;">چکیده سابقه و هدف: در حوزه‌های علوم‌پزشکی، با‌توجه‌به اینکه هم دانشجویان و هم اساتید با بیمار در ارتباط هستند، آموزش‌های داده‌شده توسط اساتید بسیار مهم و در بالین بیمار کاربردی است. به طوری که اساتید دانشگاه، مسئول انتقال صحیح مفاهیم علمی و نیز الگوی علمی و انسانی ارزش‌های اخلاقی در محیط کار هستند. مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین وضعیت اخلاق حرفه‌ای اساتید دانشگاه علوم‌پزشکی از دیدگاه دانشجویان به روش مرور نظام‌مند انجام شد. مواد و روش‌‌ها: این پژوهش، یک مطالعه مرور نظام‌مند است که با سیستم گزارش‌دهی مطالعات مرور نظام‌مند (PARISMA) انجام شد. مقالاتی برای این پژوهش انتخاب شدند که وضعیت اخلاق حرفه‌ای در تدریس اساتید دانشگاه علوم‌پزشکی را در ایران بررسی کرده بودند. پایگاه‌های داخلی ایران مانند پایگاه‌های Iranmedex، Magiran، SID، Irandoc و همچنین پایگاه‌‌های بین‌المللی Science Direct، PubMed، ISI، اسکوپوس و EMBASE را نیز جست‌وجو کردیم. همچنین، برای اطمینان از انجام جست‌وجوی دقیق، منبعِ مقالات استخراج‌شده نیز مطالعه شدند. برای استخراج داده‌ها، پژوهشگران از سیاهه‌ای استفاده کردند که شامل اطلاعاتی همچون نام و نام‌خانوادگی، سال چاپ مقاله، شهر انجام مطالعه، حجم نمونه، هدف مطالعه، رشته دانشجویان بررسی‌شده، و یافته‌های اصلی مقاله بود. تحلیل‌های آماری نیز به روش کیفی انجام شد. یافته‌ها: برای بررسی وضعیت اخلاق حرفه‌ای تدریس، 3853 نفر از دانشجویان از 10 مقاله بررسی شدند. دانشگاه‌های موردبررسی در شهرهای تهران، مازندران، جهرم، آبادان، قم، زابل، یزد و کرمانشاه قرار داشتند و شامل همه رشته‌های تحصیلی بودند. میانگین نمره عملکرد اساتید ازنظر اخلاق حرفه‌ای، مطلوب یا نسبتاً مطلوب بود. نتیجه‌گیری: وضعیت اخلاق حرفه‌ای تدریس از دیدگاه دانشجویان در حد متوسط و متوسط روبه‌بالا بود. به همین دلیل لازم است علاوه‌بر طراحی ابزار یکسان برای بررسی وضعیت اخلاق حرفه‌ای اساتید در تدریس، آموزش‌ها و دوره‌های بازآموزی برگزار شود.  </div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Background and Objective: In medical sciences, considering that both students and professors are in contact with patients, the teaching given by professors is very critical and practical at the patient’s bedside. University professors are responsible for the correct transmission of scientific concepts, as well as the scientific and human models of ethical values in the workplace. For this reason, the present study aimed to determine the professional ethics of professors of the University of Medical Sciences from students’ points of view using a systematic review method. Materials and Methods: This study was a systematic review that was conducted using the reporting system of systematic review studies (PARISMA). All the articles that investigated professional ethics in the teaching of the professors of the University of Medical Sciences in Iran were reviewed. The articles were retrieved from Iranian databases, such as Iranmedex, Magiran, SID, and Irandoc, as well as international databases, including Science Direct, PubMed, ISI, Scopus, and EMBASE. Additionally, to ensure the comprehensiveness of the search, the references of the extracted articles were also studied. To extract data, the researchers used a checklist that included information about the authors’ full name, the year the article was published, the city where the study was conducted, the sample size, the purpose of the study, the major of the studied students, and the main findings of the article. After extracting the data, statistical analysis was performed using a qualitative method. Results: A total of 3,853 students were examined from 10 articles to investigate the status of professional ethics in teaching. The investigated universities were located in Tehran, Mazandaran, Jahrom, Abadan, Qom, Zabul, Yazd, and Kermanshah, which evaluated all students in various fields of study. According to the findings, the average performance score of the professors in terms of professional ethics was at a desirable level. Conclusion: The state of professional ethics in teaching from students’ point of view was average to high.
